The most important project over the year involved conducting a review of student opinion on the candidacy exam process and compiling a report suggesting changes to ensure equity in exam administration, and address student concerns.

Provided guidance and suggestions for street-dependent youth actively involved in transitioning to mainstream life and culture. Activities included active listening; guidance in problem solving; resume writing; job search; budgeting; and determining education and career goals.

Volunteer Visitor: Calgary Young Offender Centre, Calgary, AB.
Visited once a week with youth convicted of a crime and remanded at the Calgary Young Offender Centre. Actively listend to youth, shared stories, and advice.
